The New Zealand Cider Festival happening on November 4 in New Zealand’s Cider capital, Nelson, and we have three double passes to give away to lucky readers of The Shout NZ!
This year’s festival includes a huge line-up of cidermakers, including Zeffer Cider Co, Peckhams Cider, Sprig & Fern and Rochdale Cider, plus a selection of delectable artisan fare provided by Cod & Lobster Brasserie and local food carts.
There are also five guest speakers including Jody Scott from Zeffer Cider Co, Nick Widley from Cod & Lobster Brasserie, Kevin Hopgood from Hopgood’s Restaurant will be using his culinary expertise to create sumptuous pairings between the 2017 Award Winning Ciders and local artisan fare and Yvonne Lorkin from WineFriend.
Plus, festival attendees will have the opportunity to use the NZ Cider Festival’s new app to plan their time at the festival, vote for their favourite cider in the People’s Choice competition and see where to go after the festival to consume the ciders locally.
