Zeffer launches new cider-based seltzers

Zeffer Cider Co are independent cidery based in the Hawke’s Bay who are most well-known for their delicious, premium craft cider and alcoholic ginger beer. They have now turned their hand to crafting seltzers too.

Zeffer’s new range of cider-based seltzers come in three flavours – Watermelon, Guava and Orange & Grapefruit. They are light, clean and refreshing and made from sparkling spring water, Zeffer’s Hawke’s Bay cider and a splash of real fruit. They are low sugar and low calorie, vegan friendly, gluten free and like Zeffer’s ciders, they are made with a strong focus on sustainability and waste minimisation. Zeffer is New Zealand’s first zero carbon cidery.

Zeffer prides itself on keeping things real and ensuring all their beverages are crafted with integrity, from real fruit and slow, careful fermentation.
