Originally titled El Cubano, this mojito style cocktail is another modern classic hailing from the Pegu Club NYC and one that will definitely stand the test of time. With the addition of Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, bitters and Lyre’s Classico Sparkling, this is a wonderfully fresh and festive drink.
- 60mL Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
- 15mL lime juice
- 15mL sugar syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 30ml Lyre’s Classico
METHOD: Shake all ingredients except Lyre’s Classico with ice. Fine strain into glass. Add Lyre’s Classico slowly.
