Hop Federation celebrates 10 years

Hop Federation has just released a celebratory new beer to mark 10 years of brewing.

Fresh and crisp, with Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops in the mix, and champagne yeast added at the end of the brewing process to create brut-style bubbles and a satisfyingly dry finish.

Chief Brewer, Simon Nicholas, says “We wanted to do something special to celebrate our 10th birthday and this Brut Pilsner got great feedback at Beervana, as well as being awarded a silver medal at the New Zealand Beer Awards this year, so it was the perfect option.”

He adds, “At 4.9% ABV, it’s a delicious summery drop – in fact, it’d go perfectly with some fresh snapper cooked on the barbecue.”

Now available to order in 50L kegs or 440ml cans. For details on pricing and ordering information, contact brews@hopfederation or visit hopfederation.co.nz.
