The latest addition to the Doctors’ range, this Rosé is crafted from flavoursome Pinot Noir and dry, white aromatic Arneis. The grapes were picked early on a cool morning and given a few hours cold soak to extract just that little ‘pink’ from the skins, before being gently pressed.
