Lyre’s launches range of ready-to-drink classic cocktails

Lyre’s is set to bring three of the world’s favourite classic cocktails to New Zealand in a premium, uncarbonated, ready-to-drink 200ml format.

Launching this month, the Sophisticated range of non-alcoholic pre-mixed cocktails includes the Negroni, Old Fashioned and Margarita.

Consumer research undertaken by Audience Precision1 illustrates that almost two thirds of New Zealanders (61%) are reducing their alcohol consumption to lead a healthier lifestyle, with just under a third (31%) reporting that they are consuming less alcohol than they were five years ago.

Made using the spirits that Lyre’s produces, the range was meticulously crafted to bottle that true made-in-a-bar quality, so consumers can enjoy a premium classic cocktail anywhere, anytime.

“This new range allows mindful drinkers to enjoy their favourite cocktails at-home without the stress, and mess of having to mix themselves. No need for fancy bartending skills or any cocktail knowledge; leave that to the professionals,” said Lyre’s Global Flavour Architect David Murphy.

Lyre’s Sophisticated ready-to-drink range also provides consumers the opportunity to experiment with their non-alcoholic cocktail curiosity without committing to the 700ml multi-bottle recipes.
