I hope you had a great start to 2016. Christmas and New Year’s sales certainly brought good tidings for retailers, according to recent Paymark figures.

December also closed on a high note for me, with an exclusive opportunity to talk to a very special visitor. One of France’s oldest Champagne houses brought its cellar master to New Zealand for a series of masterclasses – Lanson is the official Champagne partner of Wimbledon and also the oldest Champagne house to hold the Royal Warrant.
