Aromas of white fleshed stone fruits, pear and apple laced with grapefruit, vanilla and white smoke. A balanced, even, dry expression on the palate with a lovely taut squeeze drawing out the citrus and white stone fruit flavours. On the second sip delicate echoes of oak begin to emerge with a gentle nut quality, some spice then a swing back to fruit. Youthful still with plenty of cellar time ahead if desired. Fine wood and fruit tannins along with the acid line set in pace a decent frame for the fruit to fold into more over time. Best drinking from late 2024 through 2028+.
