A wine of complexity and depth with a bouquet of fresh and roasted stone fruits, vanilla spices and mineral qualities suggesting clay and stone. As the wine opens out in glass the influences of barrel and excellent winemaking layer in texture and power, some finesse and charm. Plenty of weight and mouthfeel are driven by acidity and concentration of flavours from orchard fruits to barrel. Nut and spice, wood smoke and length. Well made with best drinking from 2024 through 2028+.
