Aromas and flavours of plums and black cherry, with a savoury dried herb quality, hay, and a suggestion of a rugged, rocky landscape. Some use of oak and lees adds complexity to this youthful expression. Tannins are firm with a light polish, while the acidity provides a solid backbone, carrying the flavours of red berries and plum. A youthful wine, best enjoyed from late 2026 through to 2029.
