There’s no mistaking the signature of the variety and place of origin for the wine, with scents of ripe dark cherry flesh, a fine savoury quality, and hints of shattered stone earth. Youthful with a tautness as the wine touches the palate, tannins have an energised grip, and acidity adds crunch and freshness. Core flavours reflect the bouquet, with layers of lees, red berries, vanilla, and baking spices from oak. Plush and fresh, it’s good drinking today, but best enjoyed from late 2025 through 2030+.
