Highly polished appearance with a core of purple and a ruby-pink rim. This leads to a bouquet of fresh Doris plums and blackcurrant, then dark cherry and a soft, savoury dried herb quality. A natural earth seam adds complexity. Plush, fruity, juicy and delicious, this is a wine ready to drink from today. Some ageing is possible, though I suggest it is ready now. Best from 2025 through 2027.
